Service Description

Please describe the item(s) your heart is calling you to donate. We kindly ask that all items be new and in their original packaging, so that each gift feels like a moment of surprise and joy - like Christmas morning. We want every mom and child to feel the warmth, dignity, and delight of receiving something thoughtfully chosen just for them. Care Basket Nomination Form

If you know a family with a child in the hospital, you can nominate them to receive a Care Basket from the Isaac Jacob Foundation. Each basket is filled with comforting items—like soft blankets, cozy socks, nourishing snacks, and tokens of love—to remind families that they are not alone during their most difficult times.
