Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
The Isaac Jacob Foundation was born from a mother’s love and grief after the untimely passing of her young son, Isaac. In honoring his memory, the foundation brings comfort and hope to families with children in the hospital through our thoughtfully created Care Baskets.
Each basket is filled with meaningful comfort items—soft blankets, cozy socks, nourishing snacks, and tokens of love—that remind families they are not alone during life’s most difficult moments. What began as one mother’s way to keep her son’s spirit alive has grown into a nonprofit dedicated to supporting hospital families with kindness, compassion, and community.
Every donation, purchase, and act of support helps us deliver more baskets of love to hospital rooms, easing the weight of fear and exhaustion with small gestures of care.
