The Isaac Jacob Fund was created in memory of a young boy whose light continues to shine through love and kindness. Out of a mother’s grief grew a mission: to honor Isaac’s life by bringing comfort, hope, and care to families with children in the hospital.

The Isaac Jacob Fund is a Donor-Advised Fund set up with Fidelity Charitable Investments.  You are eligible for an immediate tax deduction for these contributions. You  have two ways to donate to the Fund:

(1) You can donate directly through Fidelity Investments by completing the Fidelity Contribution Form and following the Third-Party Donor Checklist.  For assistance, you may call Fidelity Charitable Investments at 800-262-6039

(2) Alternatively, for your convenience, simply fill out the Donate Now section below to make your contribution, and we will forward it on to The Isaac Jacob Fund on your behalf. 

 

We then apply 100% of all your generous donations towards Grants made by The Isaac Jacob Foundation to select local charities honoring our mission.  Do you have a charity you love and would like to recommend for a Grant from The Isaac Jacob Fund?
